Male Age 58, with history of TBI, MRI states: There is diffuse cerebral volume loss, with enlargement of the bilateral sulci and concordant enlargement of the supratentorial ventricular systme. Suprasellar and basal cisterns are patent. What does this mean in English, please?

1. Bottom line, these changes are consistent with your age. Nothing much to do.

2. With age brain shrinks a little bit which is normal.
